House and Dragon

This artwork depicts a scene from a Canarian village, where the emblematic dragon tree (Dracaena draco) stands tall next to traditional architecture, surrounded by blooming vegetation and aged stone walls. The composition conveys a sense of history tied to the daily life of the archipelago.

This type of scene reflects the character of historical towns in Tenerife and Gran Canaria, where dragon trees grow near homes, patios, or churches, forming part of the landscape and cultural identity.

The presence of the dragon tree adds symbolic value, associated with longevity and resilience, while the flowers and architectural elements provide warmth and visual balance. All of this creates a serene and timeless atmosphere.

Printed on premium 100% cotton canvas, this artwork offers a classic and refined aesthetic. Its level of detail and soft tones make it a decorative piece inspired by the heritage and landscapes of the Canary Islands.
